unable to reproduce without tacz

Minecraft and modloader version

1.18.2-forge-40.2.21

tac version

tacz-1.18.2-1.0.3-all.jar

Description

As the title suggests, no matter how fast you left-click when placing blocks, the placement speed is the same as when holding down the left-click. This bug was only observed in version 1.18.2, and could not be confirmed in versions 1.19.2 and 1.20.1.
