[Bug]: Unable to reload antimaterial rifle after single shot

- tacz is up to date
- unable to reproduce without tacz

Description
The .50 cal antimaterial doesn't reload after firing once, and it says the max bullet count is 1 lower than what it said before when I could fire. switching off the antimat in the hotbar and back onto it makes it play the animation where the bullet goes out the side of the gun again, no matter how many times you do it.
Stays the same even after relogging.
Stays the same even after throwing out of inventory and picking up again.
Stays the same if you try this in Creative or Survival.
The issue persists even if I push the inspect/unjam key and wait it out multiple times.
The only way I could find to fix it was to fire an RPG-7, start to reload it, then switch to the slot with the antimaterial rifle and reload that. That's probably also a bug.
Step to reproduce
Not sure if this occurs with just TACZ or if it's because of the modpack I'm playing. Assuming it is just related to TACZ, perform the following actions:
- Install TACZ 1.20.1-1.0.3 on Forge
- Join a multiplayer server (Also with TACZ installed)
- Fire the antimaterial rifle, then attempt to fire it again.
I will test this myself on a pack with just TACZ at some point soon, I'm just currently pre-occupied and unable to do so. If it is because of another mod, I will edit this or update it in the comments.

No information related to the incident is logged, checked on both server and client. No crash occurs.
