Gun HUD contains debug info containing mc version and TACZ version and this is useful for bug reporting but in modpacks bug reports in most cases shouldn't go directly to TACZ authors but to modpack authors. So it will be really neat if changing debug info thorugh config files would be possible.

This will allow modpack authors to add their own debug info to TACZ in easy way
