org.spongepowered.asm.mixin.transformer.throwables.MixinTransformerError: An unexpected critical error was encountered

every time i open the client, it always crashes with this tag. i havnt played on this instance once as it has always crashed, so i cant figure out other parts of whats causing this besides mixin and tacz
