Description

In singleplayer, you can reload guns while the game is paused. This effectively gives you instant reload

Step to reproduce

1. Unload a gun
2. Start reloading
3. Press ESC

• Animation plays, but the hud says 0

4. Unpause, the gun is fully loaded

This is indeed a bug, because some of tacz's behavior is based on system time, which is still moving forward when the tick is paused. But we're not thinking about fixing it for now, because he's involved in so many issues that it could cause bigger problems if we rush to fix it
