[Bug]: Guns dont do any damage to mobs and cannot hit players in multiplayer with essentials

I have confirmed that ...
- tacz is up to date
- unable to reproduce without tacz
Minecraft and modloader version

Description
I can fire and reload the guns just fine but they dont do damage to mobs even to it looks like they are taking damage and they cant even hit players it only happens with multiplayer and when i try to renter the world alone its stays bugged.
Step to reproduce
- Create a new world
- Open your world for others to join
- try and shoot a mob/player with a gun

I've also noticed there are people having similar issues even tho they are using a actual server and not essentials
