I really don't want to repair my armor all the time, but the amelioration tome doesn't work on them.

Further, it'd be nice if we could use the modifier kits on armor; in the modpack my private server uses, we have the base modifiers set to 0, and rely on a combination of toolkits and levelling to make modification slots available.
