Sledge Hammer Crash

Hey!
I get this crash by having a Tinkers' Complement Sledge Hammer in my inventory.
The same issue has been reported to Ex Nihilo Creatio: BloodyMods/ExNihiloCreatio#82

Did they change the API in a non breaking release? It looks like they fixed removing the method in their side anyways.
