Can you add support for tinkers to be able to make sky resources 2 cutting knife and rock grinder tool like how the tinkers chisel and hammer is.

If someone wants to PR it, I'd be down. Right now I don't have the time to work on something like this.

I am still open to a PR, but as I currently plan to remove the sledge hammer in 1.14 (Ex Nihilo Creation added their own), I doubt I would add this feature anywhere in the near future.
