Compatibility with Tinkers Leveling

Using the Enigmatica 2 Pack:
The chisel tool (from Complement) doesn't gain experience through chiseling blocks in the GUI or in-world. To gain any XP you have to kill mobs. Both mods are up to date in the pack and I have not found any config options that correct this bug.
