Issue description:
When one of the previously shot Arrows hits a Target while charging up a new Shot the Charge will be interrupted, this only happens if the Arrow shot is a TiC Arrow (I'm assuming this happens because of the Exp update on the Arrow).
Happens with Short- and Longbows, might also happen with Crossbows though I haven't checked yet.

Can it be reproduced with just Tinkers Construct? If not, list the other mods required to reproduce the issue.
