Cannot make grout in 1.15

Downloaded and build 1.1.5 branch of TC along with mantle 1.15.2-1.5DEV and jei-1.15.2-6.0.0.9999
using Forge 1.15.2-31.1.41
However in game I cannot make grout! Tried everything possible, then looked at code and could not find a recipe for it. Maybe it is missing? I know they have changed since 1.12.X (I did a compare and found a recipe there for it in the old format) and tried to modify and deploy it, but it won't work. So as a noob to modding for MC I likely don't know what I am doing....
P.s. other than that the mod is working and we can build thinks like slime boots, etc..
I downloaded the code and compile them myself.... only two things appear to not work. Xp when mining and creating grout. They all have 1.15.2 branches.
there is a reason why there is no build available. almost nothing is implemented. don't report a bug for a version that is not supported.
