[WARN] sound file not exist

Issue description:
I was loading tinkers up and I get this random log message about events:

[21:21:05] [Client thread/WARN]: File tconstruct:sounds/woodhit1.ogg does not exist, cannot add it to event tconstruct:wood_hit

Can it be reproduced with just Tinkers Construct? If not, list the other mods required to reproduce the issue.
Yes just start minecraft forge with the mod

That message has no impact on gameplay a and we are long past supporting 1.11.2. if it happens in 1.12 we may see about dealing with it, assuming someone does another 1.12 build.
