Issue description:
Galacticraft Aluminum Cannot be smelted into molten aluminum, even if i add craftweaker + modtweaker and write a new recipe myself, in debug log i can find this strange line, which may mess with it:

[tconstruct-API]: Registration of melting recipe for fluid.tconstruct.aluminum from tile.basic_block_core.ore_aluminum_gc has been cancelled by event

Any idea what is going on?
Versions:

• Minecraft: 1.12.2
• Forge: 14.23.5.2854
• Mantle: 1.12-1.3.3.55
• Tinkers Construct: 1.12.2-2.13.0.183

Can it be reproduced with just Tinkers Construct? If not, list the other mods required to reproduce the issue.
