Issue description:
ender slime sling can teleport you into:
void
above nether bedrock
beyond world border
probably more

- Tinkers Construct: 3.02.96

Can it be reproduced with just Tinkers Construct? If not, list the other mods required to reproduce the issue.

This seems fine to me; perhaps even desirable. Though the other points do sound problematic.
Its probably worth preventing it from teleporting past unbreakable blocks, as that can be easily exploitable. While getting to the nether ceiling is nice, it is a bit of an exploit so I think I'd rather leave that to other methods. Barrier blocks are another example
