Slimeboots can fire twice on a server with bad connection

Slimeboots now have exactly the same problem as #4682 This is likely caused by c1a2e0f making it fire on both sides

Due to the particles you can see I bounce again mid air when the server registers and sends back that I hit the ground. (So it fires once on client and once on server)

where are the slime boots i cant find them neither craft them which specific versions have them?
I'm not convinced there is any winning with this one. Either I make the behavior awkward on clients, awkward on laggy servers, or I give the client free reign to tell the server they bounced. In the slimesling case I could deal with this by skipping the sync, but for boots the math is so different on servers that they are not at all synced. Going to need to think on this one more.
