Describe your issue

Dragging the scroll bar up past its top sticks it to the mouse and until I bring my mouse back it follows, all through the GUI. Only the top of the scroll bar does this, the bottom does not as far as I can tell.

Appears to be a mantle bug, the bug happens if you release the mouse while not hovering over the side inventory area. Not sure of the best fix for this as it requires rethinking a few of the events.
