[1.19.2] Tank modifier graphic is in the wrong place of Slimestaves when held/thrown/placed in frame

Describe your issue
On all Slimestaves, the Tank modifier graphic is floating away from its intended location (seen in the inventory sprite), leaving behind a gap. Appears like this anywhere except the inventories (when dropped, when held, when placed in an item frame, etc). This only happens if there is fluid in the tank; it looks normal when empty.
