Describe your issue
The "Faucet" won't drain the fluids in the smelter or from the "drains" in the much bigger smeltery. I have confirmed that my smelteries work perfectly fine, they melt the metals and everything no problem, but the faucet won't react to my right click. If it helps I am using the Modpack "Optimized fps [(Neo) Forge].
Steps to reproduce
Heater, Smeltery on top, 64 coal in the heater, copper ores in the smelter. The Basin is one block down and in front of the smeltery and heater tower. Place the Faucet on the front of the smelter. The ores liquify. Right click the faucet. Nothing comes out.

Can you reproduce with just Tinkers?

Perhaps you are using a scorched basin. Are you able to pour into a tank?
So I have made sure I am using all of the blocks tagged "seared", no "scorched" here. and wdym pour into a tank? Like replace the casting basin with a fuel tank? Ingot tank?
Yep. If that doesnt work, can you pour from a tank to another one at all? Redstone might be messing with your faucets as well. Try in a new world if it seems to persist.

I've done several new worlds, also no redstone around at all. I set up my smelteries pretty early on in my survival games :/
