Minecraft Version

Modloader

Forge

Modloader Version

47.4.0

Mantle Version

1.11.44

Tinkers' Construct Version

3.9.2.37

Describe your issue

Cannot strip trees via right-clicking a log.

Steps to reproduce

In my case, place down Sugi Logs from NS. Right clicking with a Tinkers' axe doesn't work, but a vanilla axe works. I thought it was because the axes were not tagged as "c:axes" and "forge:tools/axes" but that didn't fix it either.

Crash Report

No response

Can you reproduce with just Tinkers?

No

Performance Enchancers

Rubidium/Embeddium

Other mods

Tinkers' Construct, Mantle, Nature's Spirit

Able to replicate the bug with Forge 47.4.1 with only Mantle, Nature's Spirit, TerraBlender and Tinkers' Construct.

Mantle 1.11.44
Nature's Spirit 2.2.4-1.20.1
TerraBlender 3.0.1.10
Tinkers' Construct 3.9.2.37

Tested with several different variants from Nature's Spirit but didn't work as well, vanilla logs works fine.
Unsure if it's a TiC3's issue.

For future reference, try replicating the issue without any performance mods so we know for sure they are the only contributing factor.

this sounds like something exclusively on nature's spirit part; as in, everything should work if they used forge tool actions. do other nonstandard modded axes work, say, tetra ones?

I agree this bug is not on tinkers side. We use tool actions and call the proper forge hooks. They probably are doing a hacky approach instead of just using the API. Our stuff works fine on logs from many mods.
