Emerald does not increase the conditional damage of Blazing Bone's trait, Conducting.

Steps to reproduce

Create two blazing bone weapons, and apply Emerald to one of them. Test how many hits they each take to kill a high-health mob (or use the Dummmmmy mod) while in lava. They will deal the same damage.

Conducting is a multiplier. Emerald is a multiplier. Emerald both does and doesn't apply to conducting depending on your opinion.

Considering conducting multiplies all damage multiplied by emerald already, I don't see a point in multiplying it again.
