they charge 5 bucks for the full version which is also in 1.21.1 but if there's already a free update over there why cant we play over on java ?

The FTB version is for Bedrock Edition so the code is completely different. They can't just copy-paste the update.

Why are you so desperate? I give you free content, and you don't contribute towards said free content. Since you are not paying me (to be more specific, I don't work for you), you have no right to demand deadlines.

As Toastr said, Bedrock edition being "1.21" means nothing for Java. Its not the same mod, and Bedrock runs on entirely different code. If you want to play the Bedrock edition, feel free to play that.

The Java Edition will be updated when I have time and motivation. Every time someone makes a post like this, I am forced to reply to them which reduces my motivation for porting. You options are waiting patiently, or being impatient elsewhere. This issue tracker is not a place for begging.
