Tools are not completing, when I put in all the parts correctly the tools they are supposed to make just does not show up at all

You need more details. What does tools not completing mean? What mods do you have installed?

I have no issues building tools, but maybe you are not building tools.

I have a lot of mods but I've been disabling them and can't find which one is causing the issue, I have a screenshot but I don't see a way to put it here

I fixed it, it was 4 am for me when I started the issue. Sorry about that

I haven't fixed it yet, I'm still going through the list and disabling mods because I still can't figure it out

Sorry I see the confusion now, I meant I fixed the issue prompt not the actual issue, i have gone through more mods and still haven't found what is causing it

Found the mod, it was vminus

I have been informed by plenty of people that vminus is just a badly made mod. I've experienced that first hand back when we first ported to 1.20.1.

https://www.curseforge.com/minecraft/mc-mods/property-modifier is a far better implementation of the same idea.

I don't know why it was in there, we had no use for it
