When your mod is installed Tinker Tool dont take dmg

Hey,
For me tools, shields and armor are taking damage normally for that versions of Forge/mods. Levelling addon does not modify the default behavior of the game in any way, so it is unlikely it is a cause.
Are you using other mods? If yes try reproduce this issue using only Tinkers and Addon and provide logs.
