Using a drawbridge on a strongbox(Thermal Expansion) containing items will make the strongbox drop all items in it while retracting, yet the strongbox it pulls back into the inventory still retains its inventory. Possible to reproduce by having a drawbridge retract a strongbox containing items.

On top of that, the drawbridge blacklist in the configs isn't working properly. Every time I enter in the item IDs to blacklist and restart the server, the config resets itself.

Why is it closed when it's not really fixed? Tested in BTP-10.1 and I was able to duplicate items, with the difference that the content of the Strongbox does not fall on the floor. I have to access the Strongbox, take the items, retract the Drawbridge and start over to get unlimited stuff.

The blacklist is for whole blocks, not meta sensitive
