Hello. I find something strange when I added Tinkers' Reforged & Draconic Evolution & Tinkers' Evolution to minecraft. The tools with Draconic toolparts has effects and can be recharged ( because Tinkers' Evolution has supported Draconic Evolution ) . They should like these:



But their electric storage become 0 when I added Tinkers' Reforged, like these:
