I ran into an issue when trying to craft glowstone tool parts. They cannot be casted from liquid glowstone, which I believe is intentional, but they cannot be built in the part builder either.

The problem here seems to the value of the glowstone material, each piece of dust being .04 or so, and the glowstone blocks are unusable in the part builder. You can only put up to two stacks in the part builder, which is not enough to equal even 1 for glowstone. This makes both glowstone tools and refined glowstone tools unobtainable in survival.
