How to change xp needed ? i can t find.. how do i edit in mod? a app or something ?

You can change XP in the config file. If it doesn't work delete the config file and let minecraft generate a new one.

With what program , when i OPEN the mod whit wordpad it says only chinese words , recomand me something .... idk please

Not the mod jar, there is a config folder in your .minecraft folder

In your minecraft instance, there's a folder named "config". You'll find a file named after the mod in there, with the config options. Just open it with notepad.
