When I use TTL, the leveling system doesn't apply to created tools (tool forge, etc.) but works when I spawn the tools?

@bonii-xx , the problem, why it is not working, is this "-1", if set to "0" -> the mod don't show the xp-bar ingame = it don't work.

With "-1" -> it work.

(tested on a Server and in Singleplayer, with Forge 2784 (and the latest TC, TLL, Mantle))

Try reproducing with only mantle, tic and ttl. Seems to work fine.

If it would matter I could give you the mediafire link to the mods that I have running. I'm also using a sponge server.

Okay, apparently I have to make a full tool out of a material, then replace the parts of the tool to make it how I'd like? Weird quirky workaround but it works. i.e. Instead of making a cobalt + manyullyn hammer by putting the parts in the tool forge, i make a fully cobalt hammer, then replace the tool rod with manyullyn.

The issue probably stems from a different mod you're using, or sponge. The sponge guys are great, but they change a lot under the hood which can sometimes cause weird side effects. Check if it happens in singleplayer without sponge.
