Suggestion by paulgb434 over on curseforge

Hello, thanks a ton for the mod. I was wondering if it is possible to an option to the mod that could remove the ability to apply tool modifiers and/or the ability to replace parts to the tool from only the Tool Station to make the progression to the Tool Forge a bit more meaningful. I think it would a great addition for modpack creators
