Note: This is worth thinking to create a mod that can do this and separate it from "TinkersExtras"

Turn off options to cast with the foundry

• When a part pattern is used (pickaxe_head) [Blacklist / Whitelist Option; Array]
• When a specific material is used (molten_iron) [BL/WL]
• When both are used (pickaxe_head, molten_iron) [BL/WL]
• Turn off Smelting of Items and Materials (no obsidian anymore)

Modpack Makers Options:

• Allow only materials from Tier X to Tier X in the foundery
  -- Late Game Items must be stamped by Embers for Example or other mods

Example from my Modpack that I am making currently:

• Player must use Tinkers Forging for PLAYER items in the early game
• At Mid Game he use the Foundery to create "mass production" for NPC Soldiers (only IRON Parts / Weapons / Armor)
• At Lategame he must Stamp the parts needed for better PLAYER / NPC Armor with Embers Construct
