I think it would be very helpful to be able to craft tiny coal back into coal. Firstly, because it would be nice to have, just in case you crafted too much or something. In addition, it would let compacting drawers from other mods show tiny coal along with coal and coal blocks, since without a recipe the other direction it doesn't pick up on it.
