when you have both AA and TP installed, TP's recipe will be based on AA's emerald
For instance - the Emerald Chestplate

Crafting an emerald chestplate will return the AA version , so Magma Chestplate is uncraftable.

Or adding No more recipe conflict , which can enable both AA and TP
