Playing Stone Block 2 mod pack on the FTB launcher, which has version 3.2.31 of Tiny Progressions. I have found that going into creative and then back to survival voids the contents of the big pouch if it is in your inventory at the time. I reproduced it with an empty one and an oak sapling, so I don't believe contents matter.
