Issue Description

The title is self explanatory, i downloaded the mod even replicate the configuration on the Documentation to get myself ready to add tips, the issue is I don't see the file tips.json on the config files, neither in the client or server (I double checked to be sure), I don't know really how to even search.

I don't know if it is a bug, or even if it's somehow a problem, because i reinstalled the mod, deleted configs, check the client config. I would really want somehow orientation to where i could find this file.

Nevermind, checking on other versions, 1.18.2, tips mod haves other type of file than i searched.
