De-Sync even with forcesync command

There have been many issues of this happening in SevTech:

A user is logged out, and when they rejoin, they dont get everything they should get when rejoining.

This has nothing to do with stages, as the stages are disabled.

But advancements dont enable waila right? It's done by stages?
