Issue: Title is self-explanatory
Date Occurred: 30Jan2022 (I understand that the mod is extremely outdated, just wanted to put this out there).
Server Version: Forge 1.12.2 - 14.23.5.2860 (SkyFactory 4 installed)
Mods that can cause this issue: ForgeEssentials

How to recreate: Install the latest version of ForgeEssentials for 1.12.2 on your server alongside TogetherForever. Without OP, you are unable to run the commands since they do not have any permission nodes, making the mod unusable for servers that wish to have a permissions plugin installed. TogetherForever will only run on 'VANILLA' SkyFactory 4 servers.
