Game crashes when activating piston on minecraft 1.13.2 using forge-1.13.2-25.0.58 and tombmanygraves-1.13-4.5.0.

I place a piston, put a button next to it, press button, and game crashes. Tried removing all other mods to be sure this is the 1 causing the issue and game does not seem to give a log file or a reason for the crash otherwise I would post it here.
