Grave Ownership changed

Describe the bug
Minecraft eternal modpack version 13.7. Singleplayer,
I was killed by a falling block, and after I respawned and ran to my grave the owner was you (M4thG33k) and not me. A little irritated I can't get my items from the grave, but mostly baffled.
To Reproduce
Aggro a massive Deathworm. wait for falling blocks. return to grave to see if username is diffrent from player.

Am also getting this issue when people die sometimes, did you ever find a fix or a reason as to why it happens?
