[1.10.2] Grave Unable to be Collected without Death Note in player inv SMP

The topic describes the issue and i cant see anything in the config that mentions anything about this, at the time of the incident i was sneaking across 2 graves and nothing, even relogged, eventually broke them in creative.

EDIT: This seems to become intermittent for me and doesnt always occur
