As part of either a new control mode or an existing control mode, I'd like to be able to hover the mouse over items in the Terminal and use scroll to move items between terminal and player inventory.

To match the behavior of the inventory mod i'm currently using, scroll-down should attempt to move items out from the hovered stack, and scroll-up should attempt to increase the hovered stack by sucking in items. (e.g. if I have iron ingots in both storage and inventory then ctrl-scrolldown over the ingots in the terminal list, or ctrl-scrollup over the ingots in inventory, moves one ingot from terminal to inventory.)
