I think the gif does most of the explanation, items will not show after closing the terminal and taking the item out before closing the terminal does not update the shown inventory

Update: it seems to update itself after I press shift once, that's also how i can see my items in the terminal after closing it

I can't see the mod list, one of your mods is messing with the terminal gui, it should have buttons on the left side.

I tried figuring out which mod is messing with the terminal gui and now noticed the game crashing when opening the crafting terminal

Alright found the Mod that's causing this: Visual Overhaul
Removing it fixed all the weird issues I had
