somehow works in singleplayer, same mods as the server?

i can see the items in emi, but can't click to show recipe, neither i can craft it.
while it does work in Singleplayer?

its on a root server so i need to figure out how to get the logs.. somehow the console deletes them out of nowhere and doesn't create log files..

i do start it with ./start.sh, i appreacite tips n tricks to get the logs~

seems while copyin' the files to the server i missclicked and moved everything but not toms storage ._.
