So I came across a way to permanently duplicate items using an Item tag filter.
To reproduce: Create an item tag filter and put anything into it. Then attempt to shift click any item into the now full slot of the filter. The item cannot go into the filter so it duplicates it into your inventory. I have been able to 100% replicate this and it even works when Tom's is the only loaded mod.
