This could be added as a feature for Inventory Cable Connector (Filtered)
Add a checkbox: Extract only

Connectors with Extract only checkbox will present their contents to the network and allow taking them, but will never accept items for storage.

This will be very useful for ore processing plants. For example, if you make a bunch of dusts for crafting, they won't automatically go into ore processing plants to be turned into ingots again, because connector is Extract-only.

I think a function on the Inventory configurator, like how you can set to filter things now. It can have an "Input/output only function"
But this feels a bit similar to the inventory hopper in funtion
