I dont know what happened to the system storage, but, a lot of craftings are not consuming some items, resulting in duplicated items. i literally could duplicate any kind of item that i like with this bug. Nothing shown on logs. Nothing new on minecraft.

Above are some items that i duplicated using a backpack and removing its costume with shears. (It duplicates the backpack, duplicating all items.

A very Similar thing is happening to me, but they arent litterally duplicating, instead i have these ghost items that i cant take out, replacing the "Open Crate"s removes them but they come back fairly quickly again
