JEI + button not showing up in Neoforge version

In Neoforge version (2.0.9) the + button isn't showing up to move ingredients from JEI recipe.

Oh my gosh I'm such a dumdum. I was using the regular storage terminal, not the crafting terminal. It's working just fine in the crafting terminal
