When crafting items in large quantities, such as essences from Mystical Agriculture, the recipe occasionally causes items to disappear, necessitating that I re-add them to the crafting table. I'm thinking this may be due to the crystal being re-usable.

I don't lose the items, but I have to continually recreate the pattern.
