range

Description:
Hi, I'm experiencing unexpected behavior with the invRange parameter in Tom's Simple Storage.
Expected Behavior:
By increasing the invRange value in the configuration, I expected the Inventory Connector to be able to detect and connect to inventory located at a greater distance.
Current Behavior:
Despite increasing the invRange to higher values (e.g., 100), the Inventory Connector doesn't seem to recognize inventory that is beyond the default range. No expansion is observed in the scan area, and distant inventories are not integrated into the system.
Steps to reproduce:
Open the Tom's Simple Storage configuration file.
Set invRange to a value higher than the default (e.g., 100).
Place inventories (such as chests or barrels) at a distance greater than the default range of the inventory connector.
Notice that distant inventories are not connecting to the system, despite the increased invRange.
Comments:
I have reviewed issue #366, where other users also express confusion about how invRange affects scan range. It would be helpful to have some clarification on how this parameter works exactly and if there are any internal limitations that prevent it from being expanded beyond certain values.
I appreciate your attention and any guidance you can provide on this matter.
Extra:
To clarify, I want to connect two inventory connectors. One is near the chests, and it connects without any problem. The second one is farther away and can't connect. I use cables and everything, but nothing. It doesn't work.
Also, can I make my chest system have two or more inventory connectors? Because it splits them, the entire inventory isn't displayed.
