Steps to reproduce:

Make a bunch of double chests.
Attach a trim to the top of them.
Add an inventory connector and then a storage terminal.
Put a composter ontop of a trim.
Open storage terminal.
Game hangs permanently, no blocks can be interacted with, mobs stop moving, chests can't be opened, nothing drops, and saving gets permanently stuck requiring a force close with task manager.
